- Includes detailed analysis of building portfolio and occupancy / utilization rate
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of Facilities program and services
- Track savings realization and SLA/KPI compliance for key vendor relationships
- Drive line-item spend visibility, ongoing cost optimization, and proactive category management by infusing market intelligence, deep category expertise, and data driven insights to define value-capture action plans.
