Jos\u00e9 Carande Morgado has over 20 years of experience in management consulting focusing on efficiency and performance improvement, partnering with leading companies in Spain in defining and implementing their efficiency agenda and generating tangible impact in their businesses.<\/p>\n
The experienced manager is specialized in strategic cost reduction, integrated spend management, digital & data enabled procurement transformation as well as risk management. He has worked extensively with leading companies in the Banking, Insurance, Utilities, Energy<\/a>, and Telecommunications industries.<\/p>\n
Jos\u00e9 Carande Morgado studied industrial engineering at the University Polit\u00e9cnica de Madrid and completed a program for managers in business administration at the Instituto de Empresa. As a procurement expert, he has been a lecturer on several postgraduate courses on Procurement and Supply Chain Management at the Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Catalu\u00f1a (UPC) and the Instituto Qu\u00edmico de Sarri\u00e0 (IQS).<\/p>\n
