Our consultants are often out on the road visiting our clients all over the world. It’s crucial that they can rely on our office – our home base where everything comes together. This makes it all the more important that everything runs smoothly and professionally here.
The planning, monitoring, and management of financial performance and resources is of crucial importance to KGM Strategy as a rapidly growing global management consultancy. These functions are ensured by the Finance and Administration division with its Accounting, Tax and Treasury, Controlling and Analysis, Payroll Operations, Legal and Administration, and Operations departments.
The Human Resources department is very important at KGM Strategy. Our rapid growth and global expansion are the reason we want to continuously strengthen our team with the best talent for procurement and supply chain management. Our HR teams ensure that KGM Strategy’s employees have the best possible conditions to develop to their full potential and to progress in the best possible way.
We work very successfully for clients all over the world. On different projects, in many teams, in numerous time zones. This only works so smoothly because we’re optimally supported by our IT. Our IT department connects us with each other and with our clients. It installs and maintains our infrastructure and business applications. And it ensures our data security. The areas of responsibility cover software development, data warehouse, reporting, business application management, and enterprise architecture.
KGM Strategy is a strong brand in the consulting business. We owe this not only to our successful work for our clients, but also to our Marketing department. It ensures that as many new clients as possible find out about us and our services. The team uses all relevant traditional and digital channels for this purpose. The department is also responsible for press and public relations work as well as internal communication.
Knowledge Management is KGM Strategy’s long-term memory. All the experience we gain in our projects is collected, compared, evaluated, and bundled here. Through information processing, our industry and function-related expert groups continuously coordinate the further development of knowledge. This creates a constantly growing pool of knowledge that helps our project teams to become even better.
